Scope of Services. Through this Site, JG Electrical Services markets and arranges Circuit Breaker Repair, Outlet Installation, Electrical Wiring Service, Ceiling Fan Installation, Light Fixture Installation, Electric Car Charger Install, Smoke Detector Installation, Surge Protector Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination. JG Electrical Services may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

No Warranties. JG Electrical Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JG Electrical Services's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid JG Electrical Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify JG Electrical Services against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TX.
